Our first study day at Queen’s Birmingham last Saturday was a sell-out with people being turned away for lack of space! Participants heard from Nicola Slee, Rachel Weir with a fascinating keynote being given by Lucy Winkett. Photos of the day can be seen here.

This was the first in a series of events at Queen’s exploring Transformative Theologies of Gender and we look forward to continuing the conversation at three more study days in the spring. Each session will have a different focus. On 2nd February we will look at biblical perspectives on gender with Paula Gooder. On 16th March we will look at different theories of gender with Elaine Graham and on 20th April we will look at historical perspectives on Gender with Adrian Thatcher.

These promise to be exceptional days for fellowship and for learning. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
