Being a risen woman: Doing feminist theology via poetry

The annual Southwark Feminist Theology Lecture will be given by Dr Nicola Slee on Friday 30th September at the Garry Weston Library, Southwark Cathedral. There will be a wine reception at 7pm with the lecture at 7.30pm.

Nicola Slee is Director of Research at The Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education, Birmingham. She is a well­ known feminist practical theologian and poet and her book, Faith and Feminism, is recognised as an authoritative introduction to Feminist Theology. She is a regular speaker, both nationally and internationally, at conferences, festivals and events in both academia and in more popular settings.
